Hymoto offer a 60 day parts warranty via your dealer on the HY range of dirt bikes and HQ range of quads
The only condition of the warranty is that the bike or quad must be serviced by an approved dealer 30 to 35 days after sale and the bike / quad must be used and maintained according to our terms and conditions. Your dealer will make a small charge for completing this service and you must post a copy of the service receipt to warranty at Hymoto within 7 days of the service work being completed
It is also a condition of the warranty that your dealer must post a copy of the original sales receipt detailing the engine numbers and frame number of your bike / quad to warranty at Hymoto within 7 days of purchase. All sales receipt received will be acknowledged by e mail. It is the responsibility of your dealer to check the receipt of the original sales receipt by Hymoto - as acknowledged by Hymoto e mail
The warranty does not apply to mini motos or mini dirt bikes. These are classified as a racing / competition product and as such do not have any warranty.
Any parts claimed as warranty parts must be returned to Hymoto by the selling dealer. Dealers are advised to use a returns carrier providing proof of delivery of the part to Hymoto. No warranty claims will be accepted unless faulty parts are returned nor for parts which are not received
Hymoto reserve the right to replace or repair any parts found to be defective at its discretion.
If your dealer fails to send a copy of the original sales receipt or does not provide the engine and frame number the warranty will be entirely the responsibility of your dealer
